Access Bank appoints new MD

He tells Joy Business the bank will continue to focus on offering the best of banking services to its clients who are primarily corporate.
He says despite improvements in customer service delivery, Access Bank still believes bank clients deserve better.
“Everybody knows the fact that if you don’t differentiate yourself by way of customer service you have not started,” he said.
Access Bank has just three branches located in Osu, Burma Camp and Tema. But Mr. Akapo says they are no in hurry to splatter branches all over.
The bank is however projecting to open 17 more branches in the next four years.
Yomi Akapo has a 17-year experience in the industry and had served as the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Access Bank Gambia.
